I talked about the balance weights with Mongo, you gotta get them off.  They eat in to the wheels.   Have stuck ones on the back instead, I take contact cement in to brush under the first row, that way they won’t fly off

Sanding the holes, use the die grinder and porting cones. Move quickly across the surface just enough to get the paint/coating off. Bead blasting will work too if your outside and it’s warm out. Mongo, would the same steps (Then polish with jewelers rouge and an angle die grinder with a felt pad. Final polish with the metal polish of your choice.) work for the turbo wheels?

I don’t see why not. Ive never done a set of turbo wheels so you may need to tweek the process.
