Sanding the spokes and wheel lip is all by hand. 220, 400,600,1500,2000 or 3000 untill the tool marks ar gone. Then polish with jewelers rouge and a angle die grinder with a felt pad. Final polish with the metal polish of your choice. Sanding the holes, use the die grinder and porting cones. Move quickly across the surface just enough to get the paint/coating off. Bead blasting will work too if your outside and it’s warm out. DONT bead blast the spokes. Its a bitch to get the media profiling out if you do. Curts wheels were blasted. Took me twice as long sanding the spokes to get the pits out.
