Show Your Wheels

I like to flop out the wheels, with just 20 lug nuts, you can change the handling and look with tires/wheels.   Here’s my 3
Rally’s are on now, from a SE flake delete car, my flakes are now a high top table, I bead blasted and painted them in 1983.
Held up well.   8)

Anyone else use never dull on the flakes? Seals the alum so it doesn’t oxidize.   Plus gives it a easy polish, leaving in factory cuts.   ;)

Polished mine out on purpose.  Protected ‘em with sharkhide - works pretty good as an aluminum sealant.  Started off as a crusty mismatched set from acgwinn.

Got a Mongo rim job on  these 8s that have been on the car since. Maybe around 10 years now. Originally a Rally II car that came with some when I bought it. 3 gold  and one grey. I repainted them right after I bought the car so 11, 12 years ago. Need tires for them and I want to put them back on. Current tires are old and too small. Also have a set of 7s in gold from ShakerBreaker (talk about an old name eh?) but I’ve never mounted tires on them or repainted them.

Both sets look pretty nice. Top set looks spot on.
