I D-Jegged a 1970 1/2 Z28 for a buddy, it just had ever chrome, braided hose dress up crap pc on it, but nothing like that, I had a garbage can filled in a day.   I wouldn’t let him sell any of the crap I took off, it was never to ruin another car.  Lol.

Maybe we’re all jumping to conclusions and it’s not his fault. Maybe a smurf climbed up in the engine bay to keep warm during the winter and the radiator fan took care of the rest. Cooler story/explanation anyway.
